These terms cover your use of Trash Day Rush, a game made by Spears Software. By installing and playing it you agree to them, along with the terms of the store you got it from: Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the App Store, or the Google Play Terms of Service for Google Play. Where these terms and the store’s terms conflict, the store’s terms control.

No warranty

Trash Day Rush is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Spears Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost game progress.

In-game cash

Cash, stars, upgrades, and paint colors are earned by playing. They have no real-world value and can’t be bought, sold, or exchanged.

Your feedback

If you send us feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them to improve Trash Day Rush without any obligation to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
